Cristina is a global financial leader with more than 25 years of experience across Europe, the United States, and Latin America. She has led Corporate and Investment Banking teams at U.S. Bank, Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Banco do Brasil, and Erste Bank. Today she advises financial institutions, investors, foundations, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs, helping them grow, transform, and innovate while delivering both financial performance and lasting impact.

As an ICF-accredited Executive Leadership Coach, she works with leaders and teams committed to growth, personally and professionally. Her leadership is grounded in service, authenticity, and humility, and she brings both empathy and decisiveness to every challenge. What sets her apart is the combination of global corporate experience, entrepreneurial vision, and a deep commitment to human development, shaped by a life lived across cultures.

Cristina holds a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Organizational Psychology (DProf), an MBA in Finance and Organizational Leadership, and a B.Sc. in Finance and International Business, and has completed executive education at the University of Oxford. The Female Factor named her one of its “Voices of a New Era of Global Leaders.”

Beyond her professional work, she is a philanthropist and business angel committed to advancing opportunities for women in STEM and empowering youth through education, music, and leadership. She serves on several advisory boards and co-leads the Corredor Creativo Amazónico, a flagship initiative across nine countries.
